Highly effective for weight loss, conditioning & even self defence. Suitable for all levels, we welcome beginners, keep fitter’s & professional fighters on a regular basis. Sessions can involve skipping, bodyweight exercises, technique, shadow Boxing, flexibility/mobility work, punch/defence drills, bag work, pad work, interval training, circuits & sparring (optional)
