This 30 minute class will include High Intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions working mainly onĀ strength and fat burning. It includes a range of different equipment such as Barbells, Weight plates and bodyweight exercises. This class can be offered for all levels of fitness. Our experienced staff will be at hand to help you out and keep you motivated throughout your session.
