The national sport of Thailand! Muay Thai also known as the art of 8 limbs because it incorporates the use of punching, kicking, elbows and knees! This martial art is guaranteed to give you a full body workout! This class is open to anyone from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Our instructors will be there to suit the class to all ability levels. Sparring is optional.
The Sweet Science of Boxing! Learn to box while getting into great shape. Classes can consist of shadow boxing, movement drills, pad work, heavy bag work, body weight exercises, skipping & sparring (optional)
Mixed Martial Arts. A combination of submission grappling & stand up striking arts popularised by the UFC. Expect to learn elements of Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai & Boxing. Classes are technique focused and live sparring is optional.
